Stop the damn protesting! Andrew Meyer got what he deserved! Anyone that has watched the video can see that he was resisting the officers. I mean come on, how many times do you have to be told to leave? He struggled, resisted, continued to disrupt, and would not go peacefully. So guess what, if you mess with the bull you get the horns. Andrew got his in the form of a stun gun!
Don’t get me wrong, I believe in freedom of speech and all other rights protected under the constitution, but you have to respect the peace. Not only that, you also have to respect the LAW! Theodore Roosevelt said it best, “No man is above the law and no man is below it; nor do we ask any man's permission when we require him to obey it.""Obedience to the law is demanded as a right; not asked as a favor.”
With that said, if you set out to disrupt, be unruly, and be a public menace, then you need to be prepared to get what you have coming - Andrew Meyer got his!
